Inexplicably passionate about IT and technology since his first Commodore 64, Alessandro created his first application in GW-BASIC, released open source and free, in 1988.
He followed a training path that began with a commitment to self-learning, the fortune of a good high school mathematics and physics teacher and the discovery of an "enlightened" neighbor. He was the first student to obtain a University Diploma in Computer Science at the University of Perugia, which led to long-term collaboration with Massimo Bartoli.
He is responsible for the design and development of methodologies and solutions for knowledge management and video communication and the development of web-based applications and rich internet applications which focus on accessibility and usability.
Since 2008 he has been specifically dealing with IT security and is continuously training, obtaining a Master's degree in Security of Corporate Networks and Public Administration at La Sapienza University.
He is the author of multiple security reports in Responsible Disclosure, and contributed to the discovery of a new application attack technique, called Cross Application Scripting in 2010. In 2016 he obtained the certification in Machine Learning following the fad course held by prof. Andrew Ng for Stanford University.
Since 2007 he has been Internet Project Manager of the Giannino Bassetti Foundation.
