This one-day colloquium focuses on the discursive representation of bioethical issues both in specialized and in popularizing forms of communication, and on the research approaches that may be most suitable to investigate this type of discourse, set as it is at the intersection between scientific (e.g. medicine, biotechnology, genetics, environmental sciences) and other kinds of specialised (discourse, legal, economic, political, religious, philosophical) discourse.
Exploring bioethically-relevant discourse: research perspectives.
