On 4th and 5th April 2011 Milan hosts The Brain Forum, an international conference on the new frontiers of brain research in relation to art, creativity and Music. The first day of the conference will be streamed live through the Brain Forum website, and features an array of neuroscience experts from across the globe.
The conference takes place both at the San Raffaele Hospital and the Piccolo Teatro Grassi and includes a street exhibition in the heart of the city of Milan. Lecture places can be booked by registering through the Forum website.
The fist day of the conference deals with the problem of ‘new horizons in the comprehension and boosting of human brain capacities’, an argument that has been addressed several times on this website, while the second day will be entirely dedicated to Alzheimer’s disease. The proceedings will be simultaneously translated into both English and Italian.
